Like Sabra - scheduled when people want and can run them.

I've been planning for the first OOC week to be nothing but team-bonding, with the teams sequestered. They won't just be mingles - there will be actual things for them to do. And GLaDOS will run the first big test that weekend. Possibly the next couple, if necessary. I want to see how the pacing flows early on before committing to a hard schedule for anything beyond that.

But core apps will open very early, and I'll likely be giving out a couple cores ahead of time to people who have already been discussing their ideas with me, just so I don't get overwhelmed running all the early events by myself.

Okay, cool, sounds great. I was mainly curious about the schedule for 'early adopters' as it were, and it sounds like there's a lot planned... Thanks for getting back to me so quick!
